A standard option in Terminal One for that traditional 7am alcoholic drink before your flight. It's easy to find, has plenty of room if you have luggage with both standard table & booth seating and higher stools, and lots of screens showing departures.
Travelling on a Thursday morning, it wasn't too busy and we managed to find a table easy enough, though did have to separate ourselves slightly from the various stag parties! The bar staff were efficient enough and waiters appeared to be doing a good job at keeping on top of the ongoing breakfast orders.
A pint and a prosecco came to over £10, which isn't something I'll condone on many occasions, but it came as no surprise that the bar came with a heftier-than-usual price tag.
Good to know about if you're passing through; the airport has plenty of options so there's no harm in giving it a go. -

Terrible food place at the airport in Manchester. The food was ordinary, tables dirty, waiters standing around doing nothing and there was so much plates and glasses left on many of the tables that was not cleared up at all.
I ordered a nachos and ended up receiving chips with toppings instead of nachos. I am sure they are two different things, don't you ? They just brought it out and there was no explanation. I did not want to send it back as our flight was going to board soon and I did not want to wait again.
Will never come back here again. -

Most expensive and worst meal I've ever had. The "breakfast burger" patty was so over cooked it was hard. It came with 5 tots... nothing on it other than the egg. And it was close to $18.

Excellent selection of draft beers and ales. Real food, I mean real food, not airport food, but delicious real food after a long day of travel, before a late night flight.
The high top tables are nice because it allows you to stand a bit after or before a long flight when your butt has become numb and your knees stiff. Late night service is a bit slow but friendly none the less, just head up to the counter and give a smile, they are happy to serve you.
You can hear all of the gate announcements easily from any table and it's well lit so you won't worry about forgetting your stuff, or having someone swipe something easily.
Can't wait to go back and try some more items on the menu. -

After finishing a night shift to then head straight to the airport i was starving.
Living life on the edge i decided not to whip out my yelp app and risk my choice of Breakfast.
This place looked really stunning with natural wood floor boards and swish coffee tables etc.
Spying a comfy looking seat I sat down and sank to the ground. A little too soft so we moved to another table. The waitress was slow so we ordered our food at the bar
For £30 we got a glass of wine each, eggs Benedict and a burger. The waitress who served us gave us the the wrong food but went back to change it.
This had to be the worst eggs Benedict i ever had. The salmon was anemic and very fishy smelling, the bread i couldn't even cut with my knife it was like cutting into a leather sofa. The eggs were ok. The burger was no better..It made me look forwards to the plane food.
Before i got a chance to complain our gate number came up..Time to go.
Avoid at all costs!!
